1 Box Medium Shells
1lb Cooper Cheese
10 Slices American Cheese
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Kick Sauce (You can use your favorite Kick Sauce. We use the original.)
1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers


Heat oven to 425°F

Butter a 9 x 13 glass baking dish.

Cook Pasta

Make the shells according to the ‘Al Dente’ directions on the box.

Melt & Stir

Put the burner on low-medium heat and pour in heavy cream, cooper cheese, and american cheese. Let slowly melt for 3-5 minutes. Once the cheese is looking melty, begin to stir cheese and cream together. Add kick sauce and continue to stir. Stir while on low-medium heat for another 5 minutes till the cheese sauce is a smooth consistency. Remove from heat.

Combine & Stir

Combine the shells and Kick Cheese in the 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Stirring together to ensure all the shells are covered with delicious cheese sauce.

Crumble & Cook

Crumble ritz crackers and top the dish. Put into the oven for 10 minutes or until the crackers are golden brown and your cheese is bubbly.
