A straight line

Ingredients

1lb of shrimp - shelled & deveined
1 Cup Kick Sauce (You can use your favorite Kick Sauce. We prefer mild with shrimp)
Grilling Skewers

Directions

Marinate

Place the shrimp with the shell removed in a ziploc bag. Add ¾ cup of Kick Sauce. Let marinate for an hour up to overnight. The longer you can marinate the shrimp the better they will be.

Soak & Stack

Pour in heavy cream, cooper cheese, and american cheese. Let slowly melt for 3-5 minutes. Once the cheese is looking melty, begin to stir cheese and cream together. Add kick sauce and continue to stir. Stir while on low-medium heat for another 5 minutes till the cheese sauce is a smooth consistency. Remove from heat.

Preheat

Heat up the grill to 405°F. Once the grill is hot place your skewers on the grill. Use the remaining ¼ cup of Kick Sauce to brush a fresh coat of Kick onto the shrimp.

Cook the Shrimp

Let cook on the grill for 3-4 minutes, the down side of the shrimp should no longer be translucent. Flip the skewer and brush the other side with Kick Sauce. Let cook for 3-4 more minutes. Remove from the grill.
