A straight line

Ingredients

2lb Ground Beef
4 Cloves Garlic
2 Cups Diced Onion
1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 Cup Milk
1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 Large Egg
1 tbsp Butter
1 Cup Kick Sauce (You can use your favorite Kick Sauce. We use the HOT.)



Directions

Preheat

Preheat Oven 350°F - fill the baking tray with water for moisture. Line loaf pan with foil.

Prep

Sauté onion in 1 tbsp butter 6-8 minutes medium heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Add garlic during the last minute of cooking time. Set aside to cool.

Combine

In a bowl lightly combine meat, bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire, milk, seasonings. Let stand for 3-5 minutes.

Add & Combine

Add sautéed vegetables to the meat mixture. Combine but do not over mix.

Shape

Shape meatloaf into a 9x5 loaf pan and top with 1/2 cup Kick Sauce. Save rest for later

Cook

Place in a preheated oven for 40 minutes. Reglaze meatloaf with remaining sauce and place back in oven for another 20 minutes or until internal temperature reads 160°F
