8 Sesame Seed Buns or Kaiser Rolls
1 Head of Iceberg Lettuce
2-3 Tomatoes
8 Burger Patties (Make your own or pre-made)
1lb Bacon
Fried Onion Straws

Kick Cheese
½ lb Cooper Cheese
5 Slices American Cheese
1 Cup Heavy Cream
½ Cup Kick Sauce (Original Kick Sauce preferred)

Directions

Cook the bacon in the oven

• Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
• Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Lay the bacon slices on the baking sheet.
• Cook the bacon for 18-20 minutes or until it’s as crispy as you’d like.
• Remove the bacon from the oven and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

Put the burner on low-medium heat

Pour in heavy cream, cooper cheese, and american cheese. Let slowly melt for 3-5 minutes. Once the cheese is looking melty, begin to stir cheese and cream together. Add kick sauce and continue to stir. Stir while on low-medium heat for another 5 minutes till the cheese sauce is a smooth consistency. Remove from heat.

Grill your burgers

Grill time ultimately depends on thickness and how hot your grill is but below is a general guideline to grilling burgers. Flip half way through preferred cook time.

• For Rare Burgers cook for 4 minutes total (125°F)
• For Medium-Rare burgers, cook for 5 minutes total (135°F)
• For Medium burgers, cook for 6 to 7 minutes total (145°F)
• For Well-Done burgers, cook for 8 to 9 minutes total (160 °F)

Prepare the produce

Thinly slice the tomatoes and rip iceberg lettuce into bun sized pieces.

Assemble

If the cheese sauce has begun to harden, put back on low heat for 2-4 minutes until melty again.

• Lay down the bottom of your bun and scoop out a thin layer of cheese sauce to cover the bottom. Want to make sure some Kick Cheese is every bite!
• Pile on the produce. Lay a few lettuce pieces on top of the Kick Cheese. Add a slice or two of tomato.
• Place the beef patty on top of the tomato.
• Add two strips of bacon.
• Scoop a heaping pile of Kick Cheese all over the burger. As much as you want!
• Sprinkle on the fried onion straws.
